Happy Father's Day!

As I was driving today and listening to Chris Young's song Voices. I was thinking about what voices pop into my head and well yes a lot of them are my dad's - I thought I'd share a few on this Father's Day.

1) 'that will build character' (when doing things I didn't want to be doing or was unsuccessful at)
2) 'the best thing you can do is kill them with kindness' (when someone was mean)
3) 'you can do whatever you want - you just have to face the consequences' (when we wanted to do something we probably shouldn't)

- Happy Father's Day Dad - I love you!

Tis the season!

With the awakening of summer comes fresh new starts through baptisms, weddings & graduations. These momentous events are refreshing, exciting, dream filled & hopeful. Wouldn't it be fun to send a personalized gift from the heart? I've done a few prints over the past week that I especially love for these occasions.

I have many different size & framing options available. Just let me know what you are looking for & I would love to create something unique for you. Just let me know what you'd like it to say, the background color you're looking for, the text/ verse you'd like to use and any other ideas you may have!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Weekend.

'just me and my dad'

Curt & Jack had a 'just me and my dad' morning downtown. Jack couldn't contain his excitement to spend the morning with his dad & when he came home he was smiling from ear to ear.  They took the train downtown, saw the Harmon Killebrew memorial & even got Jackson's pic in front of his star at First Ave. :) Who knows maybe one day he'll be performing there?!?

When I asked Jack what they did downtown the first thing he told me was he got orange juice, cookies & hot dogs... ahh it's just the simple things that make a kid happy!
